Saturday, March 10th "How to use your cell phone"

Bring your cell phone and let the students of Felician College Chapter of The American Marketing Association show you how to save names and numbers, text and take pictures. They will also answer any other questions you may have about your phone. This event takes at 10:30am.

Monday March 12 Sands Casino Resort

There will be Bus leaving at 8am to go to the Sands Casino Resort in Bethleham PA, and will reutn by 6:00pm. If you need to take a break from gambling, Sands offers plent of shopping opportunities incuding Guess, Talbot, Nine West, Coach and many more. The cost of the trip is $25.00 and you will receive another for $20.00 in slot money and 5.00 towards lunch.

Thursday March 15 10am Alzheimer Support Group

The Alzheimer Support Group is held every 3rd Thursday of the month. This group is designed to help families and caregivers have the opportunity to discuss with others in the same situation ideas and questions about caregiving as well as the disease.

Planned Trips

We are planning a trip in March to the Ringling Bros. & Barnum Baily Circus at the IZOD center. In April a trip to Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament is planned. In May a bus trip to Woodloch Pines in the Pocono Mountains Lake region is in the works. The third trip to Wildwood is being set up for June.

UNICO serves Italian dinner

Alzheimer Support Group

Every third Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m. the Alzheimer Support Group meets with Marie Fletcher, RN and Valerie Formissano. Besides the support of other caregivers, there are speakers who address the issues of caring for a loved one with the disease. This program is listed with the Alzheimer Association of NJ.

Boiling Springs Savings Bank Community Alliance Program (CAP)

We have been very fortunate to be the recipient of $6648 in the first quarter of 2011 from the Boiling Springs Savings Bank CAP program. Through its Community Alliance Program (CAP), Boiling Springs donates a percentage of depositors’ account balances to qualified non-profit organizations based on registration forms received at the bank. The percentage to be donated will be ¼ to ½ percent, depending on the type of account registered. There are no fees, no cost to you, and all information is strictly confidential. Thank you to those who have already joined for 55 Kip Center, or if you bank at Boiling Springs we would appreciate you looking into this program. They have opened the program to include businesses!
